Here's what we need:

Player "buddies"
Buddies are age 12+. You are paired with a player, and assist the player during the game. You help them hit, round the bases, and field. Buddies are able-bodied peers from the community and families of players. You do not need prior baseball experience. As a buddy, you are enabling your peer to play. Volunteer time needed - just a few hours the day of the game.

Team coaches
As a team coach, you ensure an environment of fun and participation for your team and distribute the sirts to the players. Volunteer time needed - just a few hours the day of the game.

Buddy Leader
The day of te game, you'll gather the buddies and assign each to a player. Volunteer time needed - just a few hours the day of the game.

Team parents, other family members, and community
Be there to cheer and encourage the players and their buddies. What a difference you'll make!

On the day of the game we also need:

• concession help
• a pitcher
• an umpire
• a play-by-play announcer
• game setup and breakdown crew
